My e-card did not come to my email address, what should I do?

First. Check your spam mail. The email notification will come from the American Heart Association and tends to end up in spam folders.

If you still have difficulty claiming your card, reach out to your organization that you booked your class through to find out your e-card code. If you took your class directly through a LAKE CPR class, you may email us an inquiry. Be sure to include the class date, location, the name that should be on the card, the instructor that taught the class, and your correct email address.
